I think VahChef has some superb recipes out there. Even if I don't end up cooking them, I absolutely love to watch it!
And with the title of your post, I am guessing solution #2 and so on will soon follow :).

Homesickness? Dude, it's been what, a decade since you left India? Isn't "home" USA to you now? Or am I just the ungrateful bastard with no roots back to anywhere? I mean, six months ago, "home" was Montreal, Quebec, and today, "home" is Bellevue, WA. And six years ago, it was Madras ... 6 months from now, it could just as well be Cairo, Egypt, for all I care ;p

Home is where the heart is. And that's not in Ithaca (lovely weather this week, so not complaining about the snow...), but in California where the wife is.

But interesting, I hadn't consciously thought of the fact that under the covers the definition of home had changed....

Haldiram's alu bhujia is banned for the next few months!! I go through entire packs in one sitting!!!

Glad you won't have to be homesick anymore in a month or so but in the meantime glad you have MTR and Haldiram!
